The Dragon Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Aged 19 years

Collection of three bottles of unique cask strength whisky – sold as a set

Selected and bottled by S & J D Robertson Group Ltd, Orkney

Distilled and laid down in 1990 at Highland Park Distillery, Kirkwall, in oloroso cask number 7616 and later transferred to three bourbon casks - numbers 900001, 900002 and 900003.

Cask number 900001, 70cl, 54.9% vol. - this whisky has been imbued with a golden, straw-like colour and a subtle smoky and honey-sweet bouquet. To the palate it has a light smoky marzipan sweetness and the finish isshort and dry.

Cask number 900002, 70cl, 52.7% vol. - this whisky has been imbued with a light golden colour and a sweet, smoky, citrus bouquet. To the palate it is slightly orangey with a subtle smoky and liquorice flavour and the finish is deliciously sweet and short.

Cask number 900003, 70cl, 52.4% vol. - this whisky has been imbued with a honey and straw-like colour and its perfumy bouquet has hints of toffee, caramel and vanilla. To the palate it has a cream and marzipan flavour and the finish is dry, smooth and long.
